Sunday after church we had a fundraiser for Noodle’s friend who was hit by the car in Febuary.
She remains in a self induced coma. It has been just a few days short of a two months.
A friend went to see her Monday and said she does not look good.
Her family is considering bringing her home from the rehabcenter and caring for her at home.
It is not my child, but I put myself in their shoes everytime I think about her.
It is fucking heartbreaking.

It is so hard not to give up hope.
The prayer the kids pray at school twice a day for her,
Angel of God,
my guardian dear,
To whom God’s love
commits me here,
Ever this day,
be at my side,
To light and guard,
Rule and guide.

Amen.
It is hard to not give up hope. But never give in. Never give up hope. Never stop believing in miracles, even when it seems they don’t come true it may be that we just don’t see God’s plan.
Prayers to her and her family and to you and Noodle for peace and serenity.

I was hoping that since we hadn’t heard an update in a while things had gotten better. Now I’m sad. It is, really fucking heartbreaking.
